Mogwai Collaborative is Mankato’s only coworking space. Mogwai features floor to ceiling art murals, wireless projector that can connect with up to 8 devices at one time and a large whiteboard. 

Moveable furniture, high top tables, lounge seating, bean bags. Mogwai offers a unique meeting space experience to get you thinking outside the box. The room can be set up to specifically cater to your meeting needs. 

Mogwai Collaborative is located on the lower level of the Hubbard Building. The Hubbard Building is the recipient of City Center’s 2019 Sustainability award. Our building is powered by rooftop solar panels, features two live plants walls and LED lighting.

The Blue Earth County Historical Society also offers an outdoor rental space at the Hubbard House Park (606 S. Broad Street, Mankato), a beautiful location for small outdoor weddings or other festivities.

The Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship is a meeting and event space for university and community to come together to develop new ideas and organizations.  This innovative space has a hanging swings meeting area and multiple styles of seating, plus lots of whiteboard space. Ideal for interactive events like retreats and facilitated group events. Side meeting room has theater style capacity of 18; two side meeting rooms hold up to 5 people each.

Main room has double projection video display monitors and Bose speaker system. Meeting room has web conferencing camera and ceiling microphones (holds 18). Main room sq feet – about 2400, with all of the side rooms and offices the CIE is 3900 sq ft.

Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center’s historic Reception Hall, also known as the Ellerbe Room, was built in the early 1900’s as the First National Bank and is classified as Mankato’s 14th Heritage Preservation Landmark. The building was tied into the design of the Civic Center in 1995. The building was designed by St. Paul architects Ellerbe and Round and features original bank vaults, brick architectural accents that include Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired stained glass windows, and intricate hand-crafted details. The Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center Reception Hall is the perfect unique location for wedding ceremonies, bridal showers, groom’s dinners, social hours, and intimate meetings and gatherings.
