Local farmers and artisans at the market continue to help our community thrive by recirculating your wisely spent dollars. Vendors at our market are required to make or produce their goods wholly or substantially from within 40 miles of Mankato. How do we develop sustainable agricultural practices that will protect against soil erosion and promote soil health? How might we best promote exploration of beneficial compounds from soils?
