Biking  - For biking enthusiasts, Greater Mankato features some of the best trails in the state and scenic roadways with wide shoulders and little to moderate traffic. We also have opportunities for mountain bikers. Mankato was recently designated a "bronze" Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists, Washington, D.C.

Wineries - You could call Greater Mankato the Napa Valley of Southern Minnesota. We have two wineries available to our guests and one more opening in May.
