CSU Meeting Room

Centennial Student Union is the hub of activity at Minnesota State University, Mankato, providing a broad variety of meeting spaces, exhibit areas and services. Interior walkways link the union with academic buildings and athletic facilities. The newly expanded Memorial Library faces a beautiful fountain from the 1967 New York World's Fair, which serves as the social and focal center of the campus.

Minnesota State University Scheduling and Conference Services office is happy to help with scheduling events for all facilities on campus. The Centennial Student Union houses a variety of conference facilities.

Services & Equipment

A full range of audio-visual equipment is available. There are direct telephone lines and Ethernet connections in all rooms. Wireless Internet access is available throughout campus.

Facilities

From an intimate round table environment for 10, to a three-sectioned ballroom for 800, the Centennial Student Union offers a rich variety of space/sizes and room setup arrangements. The building is fully air-conditioned and accessible to people with disabilities.

Parking

Although parking space is much in demand during weekdays, arrangements may be made for guest parking in the nearby visitor's lot for small groups, or in the overflow lot for large groups.

Housing

During the summer there may be up to 1,000 rooms available in the campus residence halls.
